Creative film and software producer

I've spent most of my life learning how to do stuff. After attending Hampshire College for half a minute, I went to London for film school and then skipped on to Los Angeles where I jumped straight headfirst into the moving pictures industry.

LA is a crazy town. For example, in 2006 I worked on 5 zombie movies back-to-back while simultaneously driving the day shift as a tour guide at Universal Studios. Though trained as a camera operator and as an electrician, I primarily focused in production design, heading up such master pieces as "What Would Jesus Do?" and "D3: Bring The Pain". As fulfilling as these projects were, I decided to make a change.

In 2010 I moved to New York to pursue work in publishing but that quickly turned into a career in the booming silicon alley. After three years at Fueled as a creative producer and head of the video department, I left to lead the team of a healthcare app, CheckedUp. Having found out how nifty building apps and websites can be, I've continued learning and creating, no intention of slowing down.

Though the adventures have been many, I've come home to Minneapolis where I currently can be found slinging fiction at Birchbark or making cool websites for cool people.

If you wanna work together or just get in touch, I'd love to hear from you!
